Interview Prep & Mock Interview Station

You get one shot at an interview, and interviewing is a science. Show your best self with a customized, live interview training with a Station Host. Get actionable feedback on the spot to refine your answers and present yourself as a confident and prepared candidate. 

You can customize your Station to focus on Interview Prep, where your Station Host will cover interview best practices, questions you’ll likely be asked, and how to best answer them. Your Station Host will also work with you to highlight your skills or how to share your aligned interest with the company.

Our Mock Interview service is your practice interview. We ask you questions, you provide your answers, and your Station Host provides their feedback at the end.

You can even set up your Station as a hybrid of Interview Prep and Mock Interviewing.

• Option to book additional Station sessions with your Station Host.

What is the process for Interview Prep & Mock Interview Station?

• Step 1: Select the date and time you would like your Station session to take place.
• Step 2: Answer a few questions that allow your Station Host to customize your Station session.
• This includes uploading a copy of your resume. Make sure you have that available before your purchase.
• Step 3: An email from station@thriversity.io confirming the date and time of your Station session along with details about your Station Host. 
• Step 4: A Google calendar invite will be sent from station@thriversity.io
• Step 5: Join your Station session utilizing the Google Meets link in your calendar invite.
• We recommend joining at least five minutes prior to your Station session.
• Step 6: Your Station Host and you will spend 20-minutes role-playing with your Station Host going over customized interview questions based on the job you are trying to land.
• Step 7: Your Station Host provides 10 minutes of personalized feedback.

When To Book

• As soon as you are ready to work on your interview skills. 
• We do recommend booking this session after you have applied for the job.
• In order to successfully schedule your Station session, we require a minimum of 4 hours to coordinate. 
• Same-day appointments are available if you check out before 12:00 pm PST and request a same-day appointment. 
• In this case, your appointment could take place between 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm PST.
• Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am PST - 5:00 pm PST, with all major US holidays observed. You can email us at station@thriversity.io.

• Treat this Station session as though it were a real-life interview.
• A quiet distraction-free space, limit the amount of background noise and distractions. 
• Your smart device with a full battery and Google Meets capability. 
• Come dressed, no really, dress up as if this is a real interview.
• Show up ready to role-play and take notes you can put into action. 
• Items you need to take notes with. We suggest using something that will not require you to take notes on your device for your Station Service.
